Catalyst Stroke Training Swimming Paddles - Improve Swim Technique & Strength - Perfect for Competitive Swimmers & Water Workouts

The TYR Catalyst Stroke Training Paddles are designed to provide athletes with an adjustable and customizable training experience. With the included silicone tubes each paddle can be strung from right to left or from top to bottom. Once inserted in the holes they lock into place. To remove the tubes push on them from below while concurrently pulling at them from above. Please note that the elongated holes are for water flow only.
