This versatile training tool is a great way to add resistance when doing bodyweight dips or using chin-up bars. If weight adjustments are required, individual weights can easily be removed or a maximum of 2.5kg of extra weight can be added.

  • 10kg vest: 38 soft 255g weights.
  • 20kg vest: 38 soft 508g weights.
  • One size fits most.
  • Vest is adjustable from approx 77cm to 107cm around the waist.
