Becoming an Approved Aquastrength Group Fitness Trainer:

The Aquastrength Group Fitness Training Program will give you the essential knowledge and applied practical experience to allow you to run dynamic, fun and functional Aquastrength Group Fitness programs for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

The Aquastrength Fitness System is deeply rooted in evidence-based practice. All exercises have been designed based upon the latest research and with over 25 years of practical aquatic rehabilitation, conditioning and fitness experience. This 1 day course will help you bring another dimension of fitness to your facility and leave you with everything you need to schedule and run Aquastrength Group Fitness classes.
